About Me
AUTHENTICITY, EMPATHY, and HUMOR
I help individuals, couples, select groups, and organizations develop new insights and foster skills that enable them to live, love, work, and lead others in ways that are more empowered, authentic, and resilient. This leads to improved quality of life--emotional, psychological, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. A multi-faceted, creative problem-solving approach can help us achieve greater peace, pleasure, joy, and satisfaction. I offer keen listening skills, hard-won wisdom, and a deep desire to help others heal and evolve. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused and strength-based approaches, psycho-social education, and storytelling.
